Known for his innovative thinking, technical expertise and practical problem-solving, Keith White built a distinguished career as an engineer and leader during more than 25 years with Johnson & Johnson in Jacksonville, Florida, retiring with numerous accolades. His journey into residential water treatment began in 2019, when he and his family experienced persistent sulfur odor and water quality issues in their newly purchased home — and quickly discovered a marketplace full of overpriced systems, high-pressure sales tactics and inconsistent expertise.
Determined to create a better experience for homeowners, Keith founded Waterboy Jax with a simple mission: honest guidance, proven water treatment solutions and exceptional value without the pressure. He partnered with Charger Water, one of the nation's most respected manufacturers, and through advanced training and certifications became a licensed contractor and water treatment specialist. Today he serves homeowners throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding communities with premium softening, filtration and reverse osmosis systems built on transparent recommendations and professional installation.

Following a successful career with Johnson & Johnson, where she developed extensive expertise in systems operations and process management, Kathy now plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient day-to-day operations. Alongside her husband, Keith, she has owned and operated a Pinch-A-Penny pool supply store for more than eight years, gaining hands-on training and certifications in water testing, water chemistry and treatment solutions.
Known for her approachable nature, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, Kathy guides homeowners throughout Jacksonville and North Florida through the water treatment process. Her expertise in water analysis, contaminant identification and treatment technologies has made her an integral part of Waterboy Jax's reputation for honest recommendations, quality products and dependable long-term service.

With nearly two decades in new-home construction, project management, design, business operations and customer service, Candy built a reputation for leadership and client-focused solutions across North Florida. After designing and overseeing hundreds of custom homes as Vice President of CornerStone Homes, LLC, she retired in 2022 and settled in Madison County to raise her family and grow the family business.
Today, as a small business owner, Candy is dedicated to serving North Florida residents by providing affordable, high-quality water solutions tailored to the region's challenges. Her commitment to integrity, personalized service, and long-term customer relationships continues to guide her work and passion for helping local families and businesses.

Patrick Harvison is co-owner and Operational Manager of Waterboy Tallahassee, where his key focus is client satisfaction, system installation and servicing. With more than 25 years' experience, Patrick brings hands-on leadership and operational expertise from residential building and remodeling. After nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where he honed skills in analysis, troubleshooting and precision-testing, Patrick co-founded our local family-owned business in North Florida, servicing Tallahassee and North Florida. His professional background includes project management, personnel oversight and customer service, where he developed a strong reputation for reliability and problem-solving.
Patrick also brings knowledge in logistics, heavy equipment and mechanical operation, maintenance, and property management. His diverse skill set, practical approach, and commitment to quality service continue to make him a trusted resource for homeowners and businesses throughout North Florida.
Our family owned and operated a Pinch-A-Penny pool store in Jacksonville, Florida, where we received extensive training and certifications in water testing and treatment for pools. In 2019, while trying to solve a sulfur-smell issue in our recently purchased home, we began the long, arduous hunt for a quality water treatment system that wouldn't break the bank. We received quote after quote, only to find high-priced systems sold by pushy salespeople who weren't very knowledgeable about water treatment.
